The Seattle Times reported that an underwater billboard for Ivar’s (seafood restaurant) was recently discovered in the Puget Sound. A team recovered the billboard, hoisting it out of the Sound. The barnacle and seaweed covered sign advertised a cup of chowder at Ivar’s for 75 cents.
